Broccoli Salad - Tasty and Healthy Vegetarian Salad

Ingredients


  1. 1/3 Cup Crumbled Cheese
  2. 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
  3. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  4. 1 Clove Garlic, Diced
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  6. 250 Gms Of Broccoli Crowns (About 3 Cups)
  7. 500gms Of Chickpeas, Rinsed
  8. 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper

Directions to prepare:

Mix the crumbled cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Add broccoli, chickpeas, bell pepper and mix them well. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
