Ingredients
- Coconut - 1 Cup
- Dried red chilies - 4-8 Roasted
- Pearl onions (Shallot) – 5
- Garlic – 2
- Tamarind – Little
- Salt - To Taste
- Curry Leaves - 3-5
Method
Take all the above ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it to a coarse paste without adding any water. Adjust the ingredients to your taste.
