Ingredients
- 1 juice of a large lemon
- 1/2 tsp crushed ginger
- 1/2 tsp mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a juicer
- Run the juice through a fine-meshed sieve
- Add sugar to sweeten the juice
- Place ice in tall glasses and pour the juice.
- Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices
