Ingredients
- Raw Mango / Pacha Manga - 1/2 (Medium sized)
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Shallots - 3-6
- Ginger - To taste
- Red chilies or Green Chilies: 3-6
- Salt - To taste
Method
Cut the mangoes into small pieces. (Note: If you want you
can peel off the skin, but usually it is prepared with the peel on)
Coarsely grind everything together using mixie
or any other tool without adding any water.
