- 4 Cups Of Torn Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1/2 Cup Toasted And Sliced Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
- 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Oil
Directions to Prepare
In a salad bowl, combine romaine, raspberries and almonds.
In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients; cover and process until
smooth. Serve the salad with raspberry jam topping.
