Rich Romaine Salad - Tasty and Healthy Vegetarian Salad

Ingredients

  1. 4 Cups Of Torn Romaine Lettuce
  2. 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
  3. 1/2 Cup Toasted And Sliced Almonds
  4. 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
  5. 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  6. 1/4 Cup Honey
  7. 2 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Oil

Directions to Prepare


In a salad bowl, combine romaine, raspberries and almonds. In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve the salad with raspberry jam topping.
